These terms apply to katygoodwins.com and to everything sold on it. By buying a product or joining the email list, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Katy Goodwin, parenting educator, MA in Child Development. You can reach me at hodlsolana1@gmail.com and I answer personally.

What these products are, and what they are not

Everything here is parenting education. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from your pediatrician, a child therapist, or any other qualified professional. If you are worried about your child's safety or development, please speak to a professional who can assess your family directly.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, which handles card details and issues your receipt. I never see or store your card information. Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable. If something goes wrong with your delivery, for example a file will not open or a link does not work, email me and I will fix it.

What you may and may not do with the material

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own family. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it anywhere, or reproduce it for other people.

Results

Every child and every household is different. I cannot promise a specific outcome or timeline, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of results.

Emails

If you join the list you will get emails from me. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.
